What to bring to the administrative office?
- Your identity card and/or proof of legal residence in Belgium
- Money or bank card (no credit cards)
- Possibly: a certificate from VDAB, OCMW, integration contract or certificate. With these, you pay less or no registration fee.
You can also register online:
- for the class locations of the Sint-Genesius-Rode region (campus GLTT) and Tervuren from level 2.1 Threshold 1
- for the class locations of the Halle region (campus GLTT) from level 2.3 Threshold 3
- for all training sites of Crescendo CVO for the level RG3 Vantage and RG4 Effectiveness
Step 1
Take a new level test because your level may have changed in 6 months.
- Go to one of the contact points of the Integration and Inclusion Agency (AgII). Some contact points only work by appointment.
- For the Halle or Sint-Genesius-Rode region, make an appointment here for an intake interview. Together with you, we look at what your Dutch language trajectory will be, where and when you will follow a Dutch course. This conversation takes about 1 to 1.5 hours.
- For Tervuren, make an appointment at the AGII. You can also make an appointment on campus in the months of June, September and January, via our appointment calendar.

Have you had an intake interview? Then you can go to one of our administrative offices to register.
