As of September 1, 2003, all workers domiciled in Flanders or in the Brussels Region can use training vouchers granted by the Flemish government. The government subsidises half of each course (taken at an accredited course provider) paid for with these vouchers. Crescendo CVO is an accredited course provider in Flanders where you can use these vouchers as a means of payment.
Per calendar year, you can buy training vouchers for a maximum of 250 euros. They can be used to finance courses, career counselling or skill assessments.
Please note that training vouchers can only be used for modules that are actually organised.
Our administrative workers inform you for which amount you can order vouchers.
Applications are accepted up to two months after the start of the course.
Via the website of VDAB
If you have access to the internet, this is the easiest way to request your vouchers. Register your request by answering a few simple questions and logging in with your national registration number (that you can find on the back of your ID-card, the number comprises 11 digits, the first 6 of which indicate your date of birth).
Via phone 0800 30 700
If you do not have access to the internet, call 0800 30 700 between 8h00 and 20h00. The experienced staff will help you through the process.
Confirmation of the request
Accor, the organisation responsible for issuing the vouchers, will inform you by email that the request has been received and communicate the amount to be paid to follow the course. Once the payment is done, you will receive your vouchers.
