3.1 and 3.2 Vantage

For whom?

• You have obtained a certificate of Threshold 3 and 4 (2.3 and 2.4) for oral and/or writing skills, or you have passed an oral and/or writing entry level test.

• Attention: Is your certificate older than 2 years? Contact the trajectory counsellor at school or email nederlands.online@crescendo-cvo.be to find out which level you can start in, before you register!

   

NOTE - IMPORTANT

• You have the discipline to work independently and meet deadlines.
• You actively participate in the online lessons. 
• You have a computer or tablet (with a camera and microphone) and you know how to use it. The camera stays on throughout the lesson to ensure interaction with the other students and the teacher.  
• You have a stable internet connection. 
• You can take the course in a quiet place in your home.

How?

The courses 100% online are scheduled as follows:

• in the morning:
  • the course starts at 9 a.m.
  • it ends at 11.30 a.m. at the latest.
• in the evening:
  • the course starts at 7 p.m.
  • it ends at 9.30 p.m. at the latest.

You meet online every class. 

What?

• In Vantage (level 3) you learn to perfect your Dutch, so that you can communicate more fluently, precisely and naturally with Dutch speakers. 
• Level 3 is the language level required for nearly all bachelor's and master's programmes in Flanders. 
• There is an oral course (3.1) and a writing course (3.2).
• The classes are 100% online. You will get plenty of practice opportunities and rich, personalised feedback in the comfort of your home.
• You work independently on assignments in the virtual learning environment. We have over a decade of experience in developing high-quality digital exercises that will effectively upgrade your skills.
• You also take interactive classes where you receive live feedback through videocalls in 'Teams' with the other students in your group. Just like on campus, the teacher is always available to offer assistance. Sometimes you work alone, sometimes in pairs or in a larger group, sometimes together with the whole class.

Your teacher will inform you at the start of the course about the course material.

• You will receive an email with a login name and password after you register. This will give you access to Crescendo CVO's online learning environment.
• Crescendo CVO also provides you with the full office package: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, ...
